Interesting. I'd like to see a comparison of median price per square foot. I bet the rates of appreciation would be lower.

Great information! Any way to get the peak medians included in the charts with decline to date in comparison with the 2002 figures?

Can you add Bonsall, 92003 (as it's own entity, not lumped with Fallbrook) onto your median price comparison chart? Would love to see that info...
